CTC Global Sdn Bhd ("CTC") cares about your personal data protection. This notice clarifies how CTC processes your data from the point we collect, use, share, dispose of and the security measures that we established to ensure your personal data is well protected.

2 Collection of Personal Data

We collect your personal data which range from your name, address, telephone number, NRIC, passport details, email address, your personal preferences, particulars of your spouse or family members and bank account information and any information which may identify you, your spouse or family members.

3 Source of Personal Data Collection

CTC may also collect your Personal Data including without limitation from the following:

• a. Employment Application Form available at our website.
• b. CTC Get In Touch enquiry form available at our website.
• c. Marketing/Customer Events e.g. conferences, seminars or talks organised or sponsored by CTC.
• d. Cookies used on the Website.
• e. Any other sales related documents.

4 Reason for Personal Data Collection & Disclosure

We collect your personal data for the business activities of CTC which shall include, without limitation:

• a. To communicate with you.
• b. To perform CTC's obligations in respect of any contract entered into with you; e.g., to process your request to purchase our product/service, deliver our product to your desired address and location.
• c. For internal administrative purposes, such as auditing, data analysis, database records.
• d. To provide information to regulatory and governmental authorities to comply with statutory and government requirements.
• e. For CTC to comply with its obligations under law.
• f. To send you materials such as newsletters, articles as well as other updates e.g., send new product promotion to you (only with your consent).
• g. To distribute information or details of events, seminars, conferences and talks which may of interest to you.
• h. Process your employment related matters.

5 Processing of Personal Data

We only process your personal data within Malaysia. As CTC's information technology storage facilities and servers may be located in other jurisdictions, your Personal Data may be transferred to, stored, used and processed in a jurisdiction other than Malaysia. Further, your personal data may be transferred out of Malaysia for the purposes as described above where such potential customers are located outside of Malaysia. You understand and consent to the transfer of your Personal Data out of Malaysia as described herein.

6 Security Measure

We take these measures to protect your personal data:

• a. By ensuring your personal data is kept as required by Act 709.
• b. By ensuring our staff do not misuse your personal data.
• c. By performing contract/agreement with 3rd party vendor or other third parties appointed by the Company.

Note: You are required to ensure the security of your password and not to disclose it to another party to reduce the risk of data breaches.

7 Personal Data Retention Period

We will retain your personal data for seven (7) years. If you are no longer in a business relationship with CTC, we will permanently delete your personal data.

8 Your Rights

You have the right to:

• a. Correct/Update your personal data at ContactUs@ctc-g.com.my
• b. Access your personal data which we process and keep with us.
• c. Stop any of our new promotional products sent to you.
• d. Withdraw your consent for us to process your personal data.
