- Manage account portfolios, tracking and reporting on metrics, growth opportunities, and potential risks.
- Drive maintenance sales opportunities, including post-warranty services.
- Achieve sales targets and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Engage with principals, partners, and suppliers in sales activities related to IT services.
3. Collaboration and Team Coordination:
- Work closely with internal teams such as Pre-Sales and Post-Sales to ensure timely and accurate delivery of solutions.
4. Market and Strategic Management
- Monitor market conditions and recommend pricing and strategic market approaches.
- Investigate customer complaints regarding quality, delivery, or service, recommending corrective measures.
5. Proposal and Contract Management:
- Prepare, present, negotiate, and finalize contracts, quotations, and proposals.
6. Issue Escalation and Problem Resolution:
- Act as the primary point of contact for escalated issues, ensuring timely resolution.
7. Post-Warranty and Maintenance Sales:
- Follow up on post-warranty opportunities to drive maintenance sales.
