Responsibilities
IT Sales:
Assist the sales team in identifying and qualifying leads.
Support the preparation of sales quotations, presentations and proposals.
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and competitors.
Help maintain and update the customer database.
Participate in client meetings and follow up on leads with guidance from the sales team.
Assist in preparing sales reports and performance analysis.
Technical Support:
Provide first-level technical support to customers via email, phone, or in-person.
Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues under the supervision of senior staff.
Help with setting up and configuring IT equipment for customers and internal use.
Document technical issues and solutions for future reference.
Collaborate with the technical team to test and implement IT solutions for clients.
Assist in preparing user guides and training materials for clients.
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
Basic understanding of IT products and services (e.g., hardware like servers, storages, virtualization..ect., software like Microsoft, Vmware, Veeam, Linux..etc., and networking).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
Knowledge of IT related tools and basic troubleshooting skills is an advantage.
