Internship (Digital Workplace)

• Hardware Support: Install, configure, and troubleshoot PCs, notebooks, printers, and scanners  
• OS & Application Support: Support Microsoft Windows OS and Microsoft desktop applications  
• Software Maintenance: Install and troubleshoot McAfee antivirus, patches, and hotfixes  
• Deployment Support: Assist in PC imaging, CA deployment, and McAfee agent setup  
• Data Analysis: Perform basic data analysis to support operations 

Qualifications: 

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent 

Experience: 

• Exposure to IT or academic projects is an advantage  

Knowledge: 

• Basic knowledge of Windows OS, familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, and general understanding of IT hardware and software. 

Skills and Attributes: 

• Basic troubleshooting skills  
• Good communication skills and eager to learn and proactive 
• Willing to travel and possess own transport
