Planner

Responsibilities

1. Sales Order Management

  • Maintain material master for order entry.
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth transactions for sales order processing to meet SLAs set.
  • Ensure purchase requisitions are released in a timely and accurate manner to meet customers’ expectations.
  • Generate sales orders report to monitor sales orders outstanding.

2. Schedule Delivery

  • Work closely with internal and external parties to ensure goods are scheduled accordingly and delivered to customers within the stipulated time frame.

3. Inventory Control

  • Generate stock reports to monitor inventory levels and clear stocks to minimize inventory holding costs.
  • Managing stock transactions and monitoring inventories’ movements to ensure all items are properly tracked with no discrepancies.

4. Others

  • Timely response to inquiries, issues, complaints pertaining to inventory and sales orders processing.
  • Maintain quality output and continuous improvement within the job function.
  • Share expertise and job knowledge pertaining to order processing with internal parties to smoothen the process.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business or minimum SPM with 2 – 3 years’ related experience.
  • Good communication and planning skills coupled with strong business acumen.
  • An analytical mind with problem solving and coordinating skills.
  • Good team player.
  • Trustworthy with the highest integrity.
  • Willing to work under tight schedules to meet stringent timelines.
