Internship – IT Sales

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team in identifying and qualifying potential leads.
  • Support the preparation of sales quotations, presentations, and proposals.
  • Conduct market research to analyze potential customers and competitors.
  • Help maintain and update the customer database.
  • Participate in client meetings and assist with follow-ups.
  • Assist in preparing sales reports and performance analysis.


Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of IT products and services (e.g., hardware like servers, storages, virtualization etc., software like Microsoft, Vmware, Veeam, Linux. etc., and networking).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
  • Knowledge of IT related tools and basic troubleshooting skills is an advantage.
  • Minimum internship period of 6 months preferred.
  • Final year interns are encouraged to apply
