Business Manager (Workplace)

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development, launch, and lifecycle management of EUC products and services.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy.
• Assist in developing and executing strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and technical support, to ensure successful product delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor product performance, manage budgets, and ensure profitability.
• Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand their needs, and ensure propose the products meet their expectations.
• Prepare proposals and costing for tender documents, ensuring competitive and accurate pricing.
• Collaborate with vendors, distributors and/or internal Services Team to gather necessary information and pricing.
• Prepare and present regular reports on product performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives to the Business Director.

Requirements

• Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent, with 5+ years of business development/sales experience in the IT industry.
• Ability to manage external partners and executive-level relationships, and to manage and develop people.
• Ability to build and execute cross-functional plans to achieve defined objectives.
• Ability to analyze and interpret business results, develop action plans, and set targets.
• Ability to build strong relationships with the sales organization.
• Knowledge of EUC (End-User Computing) and Software is a strong asset.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Solution Architects.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
