Billing Analyst – Invoicing & Logistics

Responsibilities

1. Invoicing Management

  • Check and verify product / services costing for calculation of revenue recognition based on 4 basic revenue recognition criteria.
    • Persuasive evidence of an arrangement exists
    • Delivery has occurred via shipping document, customer acknowledged on receipt, physical possession, documentation of acceptance.
    • Fee is Fixed or determinable.
    • Collectability is probable.
  • Oversees and manages the different categories of invoicing and ensures accurate and timely processing of invoices.
  • Optimizes company’s resources in invoicing planning and coordination.
  • Maintains effective communication with sales representatives, customers and CCD to facilitate an expeditious collection process.

2. Schedule Invoice

  • Monitors all necessary actions with relevant parties to initiate timely invoicing of completed Sales Orders.
  • Liaises closely with relevant parties to ensure timely receipt of acknowledged Delivery Orders.

3. Others

  • Continually improve all processes within the division to ensure an efficient and smooth running of the division.
  • Provides relevant reports for management attention with recommended remedial actions.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business or equivalent.
  • Minimum SPM with 2 – 3 years’ experience in a similar capacity.
  • Possess good written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Integrity is a critical attribute.
  • Good inter-personal and communications skills.
  • Good team player.
  • Willing to work under tight schedules to meet stringent timelines.
