Account Manager (GG&T)

Responsibilities

  • Establishes relationships with the client’s Information Technology (IT) and business unit executives as a trusted advisor who understands their issues, needs, and requirements.
  • Manages client’s IT and business satisfaction in the delivery of IT services and ensures profit objectives are met.
  • May lead business development teams in identifying new business opportunities and managing the sales cycle from start to finish, particularly in growing the existing business in the account.
  • Engage with principal, partners, suppliers, in the sales activities on IT services of the Company.
  • Ensure sales targets are achieved and to maintain good customer rapport.
  • Monitor market conditions and recommend pricing and market strategy.
  • Investigate customer’s complaints on quality, delivery, service etc and recommending corrective measures.
  • Present, negotiate and prepare contracts & quotations etc.
  • Follow up on maintenance sales with customers after warranty period.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Marketing, Computer Science/ Information Technology, Business Studies/ Administration/Management, Engineering (Computer/ Telecommunication), Commerce or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years & above sales experience in GLC / Gov segment for IT products or solutions sales.
  • Mature, pleasant.
  • Required skill(s): Good Communication Skill, Negotiation Skill and Interpersonal skills.
  • Required language(s): Chinese, English
