Event & Marketing Executive
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
Event Management: Coordinate and execute marketing events (online and offline), including logistics, vendor liaison, and post-event follow-up to maximize brand exposure.
Marketing Campaign Support: Assist in developing and running integrated marketing campaigns, combining online and offline channels to meet brand and sales objectives.
Content Creation: Develop marketing materials such as brochures, posters, event kits, and social content that align with brand voice and campaign goals.
Digital Marketing Support: Support selected digital marketing activities (e.g., email campaigns, basic social media posting, or website updates) in alignment with event and campaign needs.
Marketing Collateral and Branding: Ensure consistency across all materials and touchpoints, supporting the design, printing, and distribution of branded assets.
Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with vendors, internal teams, and partners to ensure smooth delivery of marketing activities.
Education and Experience:
Qualifications: Minimum Dioploma orbachelor’s degree in marketing, Mass Communications, or related fields.
Experience: 1–3 years in general marketing or event coordination. Exposure to digital tools is an added advantage.
Knowledge: Good understanding of marketing principles, event operations, and brand communication. Awareness of digital marketing basics is preferred.
