Renewal Software Associate

Responsibilities

  • Sales Administration: Assist in the preparation of sales materials, quotes, and meeting logistics; maintain sales documentation and CRM updates.
  • Client Communication Support: Coordinate basic client outreach, follow-ups, and scheduling under the direction of the Sales Support Specialist.
  • Demo and Presentation Coordination: Provide logistical assistance for product demos, webinars, and internal/external presentations.
  • Proposal and Documentation Support: Help compile, format, and finalize responses to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work with consulting, marketing, and operations teams to collect required content and updates.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain records of pipeline activities and contribute to weekly/monthly reporting dashboards.

Education and Experience

Qualifications: Diploma in Business, IT, or related fields; higher education is advantageous.

Experience: 1–2 years in administrative, sales support, or client service roles is preferred.

Knowledge: Basic understanding of sales workflows, proposal preparation, and software solutions.
