Responsibilities

• To lead IT Network projects, coordinate efforts with team members, ensure proper communication to management as well as contribute to the overall success of the project through completion.
• Analyse risk of existing and proposed network architectures and their network policies.
• Evaluate operating practices and documentation to determine if controls and network measures are adequate.
• To install, maintain and support mission critical customers on network solution and tools.
• To involve in all network related projects as technical Lead in the project team.
• To advice and propose network design & configuration to the customer to ensure high-availability and adequate capacity of the network and security systems.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction in project implementation and provide post implementation support.
• Provide project documentation upon project sign-off with customers (e.g. SOW, Design, Configuration, and UAT).
• Conduct technical workshop for customers as and when required.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least an Advance Diploma or Degree in IT related field.
• At least 7 years working experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP routing, network packet analysis tool use and configuration
• Familiar with network components e.g. CISCO product support.
• IT Networking certification such as CCNA, CCNP - R&S would be preferred.
• Understand complex customers’ environment.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Able to uphold confidentiality.
• Strong Leadership, Self-motivated, willing to learn, independent worker with good attitude.
• Contribute to a positive work environment by being an active and productive team leader.
• Strong telephone communication and customer management skills, ability to effectively communicate technical solutions and remedial action plans through oral and written communications. Strong presentation skill is a plus.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel.
