Location(s) : Melaka

Responsibilities

• To lead Network Security projects, coordinate efforts with team members, ensure proper communication to customers as well as responsible to the overall success of the project through completion.
• To advice on the proposed network design & configuration to project team and customers to ensure delivery of the project deliverables.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction during project implementation and provide level-3 post implementation support.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least an Advance Diploma or Degree in IT related field.
• At least 5 years working experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP routing, network packet analysis tool use and configuration
• Familiar with network and security components and products such as FireEye and PaloAlto, etc.
• Possess Technical certifications such as CCNA, CCNA-Security, CCNP Security, Fortinet NSE, FireEye SE would be added advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Able to uphold confidentiality.
• Strong telephone communication and customer management skills, ability to effectively communicate technical solutions and remedial action plans through oral and written communications.
• Strong presentation skill is a plus.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel.
