Responsibilities

• Working with team members to develop, test, and maintain web and desktop-based business applications built on Microsoft .NET development using C#, PHP, Perl, HTML
• Assisting in the collection and documentation of user's requirements
• Preparing reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of software.
• Design, develop, and unit test applications in accordance with established standards.
• Participating in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code.
• Package and support deployment of releases.
• Developing, refining, and tuning integrations between applications.
• Analyzing and resolving technical and application problems.
• Adhering to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on-time and on-budget.
• Providing third-level support to business users.
• Understands project and development plans and is able to clearly articulate roles, project goals, and timelines
• Applies knowledge of industry trends and developments to improve service to our clients.

Requirements

• College or University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline Strong desire to learn
• Exposure and hands on experiences to Microsoft .NET development using C#, PHP, Perl, HTML, MS SQL, SAP
• Displays a positive attitude.
• Self-motivated, action and results oriented
• Well organized, good communications and reporting skills
• English Proficiency, both written and oral
• Clearly articulate ideas and thoughts verbally
• Demonstrates flexibility in day-to-day work.
• Sets high standards of performance for oneself.
• Establishes harmonious working relationships with team memberss
• Understands basic Internet and client/server architectures.
• Understands basic relational database concepts.
• Fresh Graduates, or 1 to 2 years working experiences in related area
