Responsibilities

Perform Preventive Maintenance onsite
Perform Preventive Maintenance document
Assist daily NID day operation
Further, to technically managing any form of outages; technically lead discussion with peers and users; performing chronic problem Root Cause Analysis and corrective planning

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field in network computing/communication
With CCNA will have added advantage
