| Position : Senior Technical Engineer (Microsoft)
Location(s) : Petaling Jaya
Responsibilities
- Extensive experiences on planning, setup and configure, and implement/deploy/migrate on AD/Exchange/O365/SCCM and other MS Enterprise applications at client premises
- Ability to verify technical consistency between project contract scope of work and client IT environment and needs.
- Ability to perform audit of client environments for difference between current environment configuration and what configuration to be
- Knowledge on third party archive systems like Symantec Enterprise Vault, EAS, EMC Source One and EmailXtender etc., and how they integrate with Exchange
- Exchange server experience including both on premise and virtualization components (HyperV & VMware)
- Working knowledge of Exchange Web Services and MAPI protocols
- Good understanding of storage and network technologies
- Provide technical guidance to client IT managers, Project Managers
- Perform quality control testing and verification steps throughout project as needed
- Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Be analytical based on situation and provide an effective solution in a fast-paced environment.
